SX20 Codec stuck on Boot

Hello Everyone,

Since  a couple day i am looking for help. My sx20 codec stopped to work during a meeting (the display frozen). I tried to restart using the remote, no chance so i pressed the power button. After powered it on,  the power LED start to circle clockwise until now. I unplugged the power cable and plugged it back same. I tried to Reset the device using the factory reset step but it failed.

I am desperate, please assist or share your experience.

Hello,

If it is not booting up even after factory reset then most probably its hardware issue.

will suggest to open a TAC case for RMA and get it replaced.
