Hi Leonardo,

What are you using for the conference calls? Are you using inbuilt MCU on the Sx20 or a conference bridge on the CUCM. You can check that in the following logs:

*s SystemUnit ProductType: "TANDBERG Codec"

*s SystemUnit ProductId: "TANDBERG Profile 52 Dual"

*s SystemUnit ProductPlatform: "C60"

*s SystemUnit Uptime: 165347

*s SystemUnit Software Application: "Endpoint"

*s SystemUnit Software Version: "TC5.1.0.280662"

*s SystemUnit Software Name: "s52000"

*s SystemUnit State MaxNumberOfCalls: 4

*s SystemUnit State MaxNumberOfActiveCalls: 4

*s SystemUnit State NumberOfActiveCalls: 0

Also, you need to check the following configuration:

xConfiguration Conference [1..1] Multipoint Mode:

Please check and let us know.

Hope this helps,
