SX20 connections

We have few SX20 standalone devices, some connect to MCU and others in spark cloud, is itpossible to connect all of them via IP or SIP add?

 

We also need to ugrade the Standalone SX20 to cloud, i need a quick guide on how to do it

The quick way to upgrade the standalone SX20 to a cloud registered endpoint is to factory reset it, then follow the setup wizard for registration to the Webex (formerly Spark) Cloud.
