We have installed Cisco Sx20 Telepresence and using Cisco Jabber Client 4.5 (Windows)
On the Jabber Client (Windows) we get video and audio from SX20, but SX20 is not getting video and audio from the Cisco Jabber Client.
Could someone help ?
When I establish connection between two Cisco Jabber clients everything works fine.

Hi Martin,
Two facilities connected between each other through Firewall SonicWall.
We were planning to keep the SX20 in facility "A" to connect to 3 main partners that have Cisco/Tandberg, and use Cisco Jabber Client to establish conferences between facility "B" and with our sales team.
The volume/number of connections will be once a day, about 15 minutes average.
Do you have any suggestion for this implementation ?
