SX20 Error: Touch Panel Not Detected

I have an SX20 setup to use with remote but I keep getting an error message on the screen that says "Touch Panel Not Detected". And, the web GUI says, " ERROR: Control System Connection

The system is configured to use a control system, but no control system is detected."

The remote is working fine. Anyone know how I can remove this error?

make sure the touch panel is on the right subnet and or Vlan communicate with the codec (touch panel IP information)

What software version are you running? There were at least a couple that had a bug where you couldn't clear that message without adding a panel.

Solved: I found that my Peripherals was set to Touch Panel 1 when it should have been set to 0. Thank you.
