SX20 : expressway config incoming call setup

we have one SX20. expressway core and edge has setup. outgoing call has established.

But incoming call not happening.

can somebody give an example for core and edge configuration setup for incoming call. whatever i did its not working.

DNS SRV record configured. example; expe.company.com for edge DNS record.

SRV record has also setup.

Any help please.

Hi,

for inbound B2B calls you need have below things configured-
_sip and _h323 SRVs should be there on public DNS for your domain and which should resolve to your expressway-E IP or FQDN.
- On expressway C/E traversal zone should be active
- Search rules should be properly configured on both to route the call from exp-E to C and from Exp-C to endpoint
Most important all the signalling and media ports should be open on external firewalls.

Even for outgoing call im facing following issue:

Other party can hear me but cannot see my video.

I cannot hear them but can see their video.   

What could be the reason? Is this firewall issue?

I still couldnt establish incoming call....

Hello,

Yes, this seems like a firewall issue only.

Please take pcap on endpoint and diagnostics logs with pcap on expressway C/E and can analyze where it is getting dropped?
