Sx20 getting unregistered from CUCM

Hi,

Our Sx20 connected to CUCM over WAN is getting unregistered intermittently, when we reset the Sx20 it gets registered back, can anybody please share the firewall ports need to be  open between the Sx20 and CUCM, thanks.

When you say it is registered over the WAN, is it part of your network, or coming in via MRA?

I'd suggest talking a look at the IP Port Usage Configuration Guide as these guides detail all the ports quite well.

It is part of the network, not MRA
