SX20 IP Assignment

Hi,

Recently i have installed SX20, with static ip address, but it's always taking IP via DHCP, I dont know why this behaviour !!! Any solution?

Have you verified it's set to static and then tried to restart the codec?  I know sometimes in the past, even though you set it to use a static address, it sometimes needs a restart for it take effect.

i tried to restart but always coming back with dhcp ip. it look very strange

This is a bit of a long shot but I don't suppose you're hooked up to TMS or anything that might be reapplying a template of settings each time?

Edit: Sorry! Just realised this was 6 months ago! What was the solution in the end?
