Sx20 network rejected

I have strange issue with SX20. It was working before, but all of a sudden, I could not make outbound sip uri calls. It tries to connect, but drops immediately. Call history shows network rejected (see attachment).

VCS event logs show call connected.

I could not detect deny in the firewall. 

Sx20 provisioning mode is CUCM.

There is not another SX20 to test calls.

Any idea about the issue?

This could be due to networking issue, check to see if there is a delay, also verify the network settings ensure they are correct. You can also do a factory reset, if it still persists, check the network.

Settings are correct, it was working before and nothing has changed. What do you advise relating to delay monitoring? How can we detect it properly?
