SX20 presentation issue

Hello everyone,

We have a SX20 which behaves strange while someone shares/Present the content from remote location.

We won't be able to see the presentation. We did lots of tests and find out the only way to get it works is reboot the codec. After rebooting, we can see the presentation. But the most strange thing is we drop the call and call back to the same meeting and then no presentation again. We need to reboot the codec again.

Hello Andy,

Did this happened to a particular site or endpoint your are calling on that problematic endpoint? Did you call and test to other endpoint? Does the call goes through firewall? What system they are using in the far-end, firmware version of far end as well as your endpoint? Doing software updates would also help resolving issues like this.
