SX20 provisioning failed GET Edge config：HTTP code=401

SX20 is in Singapore,cucm core is in Beijing.

I have put rootCA cert in the SX20 already.

Set NTP and DNS(local) already.

Username and password was imported from LDAP.

SX20 can not registered.

Hi,

1. Can you please confirm if you have configured the Endpoint in edge mode as per the guide below?

The mode should be set to edge and the Expressway E's entry should be added. 

2. Also, share the output of the following:

xstatus //prov

3. Can you check on the CUCM if there is any trunk created on CUCM towards the Exp-C? If there is a trunk then change the listening port to some other port?

4. Also, make sure that you are able to login to the ccmuser page? You can use the below URL:

https://IPOFCUCM/ccmuser

5. Can you check if you are using a secure Phone security profile on the CUCM. If you are using a secure profile then you will need to create a new CSR on the expressway C and include the FQDN of those profiles as SANs on the CSR and send it off to be signed for a new cert. Also, try registering it by using a non-secure profile to check if you get a different result.
