SX20 - Restart is Disaled (grey)

Hi,

While trying to restart the system remotely via web access, I get the following screen:

(restart is locked and grayed out)

In other 2 Cisco units I have (C40 and SX20) I CAN reset remotely)

Where is the setup for this and how do I change it?

Hi Shy,

i guess you had enabled the strong security mode on your device which disable factory reset from web interface.

try to disable it and try again.

Hi Shy,

As amit said you can ceck the security mode.
Along with that please confirm if you are logging as admin or a user.

Is this sx20 codec provisioned to tms or standalone?

could you check and share the logs for

"systemtools securitystatus"

log in as admin and run the command.
