SX20 Standalone

Our Client has configured 2 units of SX20 as standalone and working well as point-to-point, They have CMR webex and want to know how can they call external (other) devices (mobile, customers, employee outside using laptops).

Now in regards to CMR dialing, you will need to configure a Public DNS server on the endpoint that can resolve the domain of the CMR room.

Note: CMR Cloud does not support SIP endpoints that are configured in standalone mode.
