SX20 System Time from System Status is Differrent to OSD and touch time,
Having SX20Cisco Codec: TC7.3.6.ea51021,
- NTP is set to sync manually with NTP (IP of CUCM)
- time configuration is ok GMT +8,Time zone also, also DTG and DP in CUCM is ok as +8,NTP preferences in DTG is only containing the Ip of CUCM.
- Both OSD and Touch are ok,
- but when i go to system status Time Find time is +00GMT (should be +8).
- hence all calls records are stored as GMT +00. causing conflict.
- so summary is system time(EP time from Web always showed as GMT +00)is differrent from OSD
