There are many things we can check.
For a start, can you try to make a call in your internal network and share the presentation & see if the far end is able to receive it.
Here are the other things:
- Check the call protocol; H323 or SIP
- Check if the presentation is seen locally whenever you share it to make sure that it is not video issue rather than network issue
For additional checking, you can xstatus mediachannels & xstatus diagnostics to see the protocol & packet information on the endpoint.
