User root/peripheral about to execute command '/Video/Selfview/set  FullscreenMode: Off' from localhost.

so can we turn off this command?

i already set

What about the other Selfview settings and monitor settings for the screen on which you have the self view set to display on?

  • Video Selfview Default OnMonitorRole
  • Video Monitors
  • Video Output Connector [1..3] MonitorRole

Hi wayne,

Thanks for your reply.

There are not diferent setting in the codec before and after upgrade the firmware.

Video Selfview Default OnMonitorRole: Current

Video Monitors: Dual

Video Output Connector 1 MonitorRole: First

Video Output Connector 2 MonitorRole: Second

Video Output Connector 3 MonitorRole: Auto

Greetings

Did you ever find a fix for this?  We are having the same issue after upgrading to 9.6.1 and opened a case on this.

BTW- That was a good find you made in the logs.  It shows that the command was inserted into 9.6.1 to purposely minimize the view.

Thanks!

nope until now it's still like that

You could probably use the CE9 macros to set the self-view back on the monitor you want it on and in full screen after a successful connection.
