SX80 could not connect WebGUi

we configure IP on the Sx80 and setup API configuration. We can get webGui to IP. after rebooting the "Touch 10" device, I can't get into Web interface. I able to ping the web interface IP. Please advice for any help

is it a stand alone end point or registering with a call control (example to CUCM or VCS)

enable web access on CUCM for this end point.

It is CUCM.
IP configured and SIP registration to IP and phone number. If we don't reboot the SX80 device and configure Sip it fine. When do we reboot after configuring, you lost web interface.

As @syed mentioned,in CUCM,Device->Phone->Product Specific Configuration Layout->HTTP+HTTPS

I already check this option is already enable for SX80 device. Their something permission issue or enable or disable.
