SX80 layouts not switching

Sx80 has stopped changing layouts via xcommands. Rebooting or power cycling did not restore. It responds that it accepts command visually does not change layout.

What version of firmware are you on?

How many monitors do you have 2 or 3?

Are you using the admin user for the Remote connection on the API?

What are the settings on your video layout in the system configuration?

Do you have your monitor roles set to a specific number or are they set to auto?

Look at the system config>video> outputs and see what they are set to.

If they are auto number them and they are umbers set them to auto.

1 monitor.

control is via rs232 login as Admin.

video layout is auto. I will check and number them if auto. and set to auto if numbered.

 I could see it change on the cisco touch screen. not on display.

I'm not on site to test.
