We can not see Serial Number of Touch 10 (CTS-CTRL-DVX-10+)

How can I search S/N?(Web or Telnet..ssh)

Currently not possible, this applies to any TelePresence codec with either a Touch 8 or 10.  It was brought up a few times in the past, and from what I remember, it's a hardware limitation. Below are a few discussions and enhancement requests related to the Touch serial numbers, suggest you contact your Cisco Account Manager and see if they can get any information for you and send your request up to the BU.
