T1 / T3 TCU Codec Issue

Dear Community,

The Codecs here haven't anymore any connection to the TCU. Reboot from Codec as well TCU did not solve this even run through the

wizard doesn't changed this. If anyone can help, please post here and i will send you personally the log.

Can you log into the TCU via VNC or locally, open a Windows Command prompt and ping the IP addresses of the codecs? Can you send me the TCU weekly logs and the xconfig/ xstatus of each codec?
