Tandberg MCU TTC2-01

Hello Every One

I have CUCM 8.6 version and tandberg MCU TTC2-01(software V. d3.10) with only H.323 functionality. I want to use this tandberg box to make video conferening calls between CUCM end points. There is no such option in CUCM to add this hardware as media resource. please help me or share any document which explain which type of tandberg MCU can be integrated with CUCM and how these are used as media resource in CUCM

Hey Tahir,

Cisco TelePresence MCU allows both ad hoc and meet-me voice and video conferencing. I know that in 8.6.1 you can add it as a manged resource following the directions in the admin guide below. You can use any of the codian products; 8510, 5300, 4200, and 4200s.

From above it looks like you have an old MCU Classic (the 8x8) I do not believe this one is supported in CUCM.

Yes its a old unit supporting maximum of 16 end user at time. and only h323

is supported. If i can add it as H.323 end client what functionally can be

achieved .
