Tandberg trackers with SX20

Is there any thing I can do to get my old Tandberg trackers to work with my new SX20? Now, the buttons on the remotes just make the codec do various odd things.

Hi friend,

Unfortunately, it is not posible to use this device with Cisco Telepresence SX20. That works only with some old Tandberg endpoints. SX20 is a totally redesigned codec, it does not support Tandberg tracker.
