Tandberg Video Problem - Newbie Help

Newbie here!

Camera is not sending video nor can video of other locations be seen on the monitor of one of our Tandberg units..audio is working.  Screen is just showing a icon of a phone with the word STREAMING on it.  This is not a newly setup unit...it was working just a week ago.

Any advise on where to start troubleshooting?  Any help or direction would greatly be appreciate.  Thanks!

I figured it out.  Found there was an existing streaming connection that was looping.  Select that connection under calls and his the cancel/disconnect button on remote.
