Is there a trick to setting (Changing) the Server Name on the TCS? I'm trying to change it from Cisco-xxxxxxx to something customer specific but the changes do not get appiled. After the system is rebooted, the defualt server name is still present.

Are you trying to change to name through the “Windows Server” portal on the web interface?
If so try log on to the server using RDP and changes the name there.
