Telepresence Contents Server Installation failed (6.2 BE6K)

HI  all.

I'm Yoong Huh.

I tried to install the TCS 6.2 in BE6K.

When i run the fime of S6_2_vm.exe file, but cannnot process more cause of error.

"Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location exists and is writable"

I did restart the explorer.exe on taskmanager by MS support forums guide , but it couldn't help.

Have anybody know about these symptom?

I installed Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard SP1 64bit.

Did you following the install guide exactly?

Without knowing more details, I'm guessing you didn't create a second E: partition where the TCS logs and other related application data reside?

Suggest you take a look a the TCS Install Guide if you haven't already.
