Telepresence isdn link with CUCM registered endpoint

Hi everyone,

I would like to check if it is possible to use a Telepresence ISDN Link with a CUCM registered video endpoint (SX20, Roomkit...).

I guess you understand that my point is to allow our customer to call either via SIP uri (Internal call and external via Expressway) or ISDN.

If it is possible, is there any document on it on how to deploy, user exp ?

hi hugo,

yes you can use. IP network as well as ISDN network. but sx 20 need to connect via isdn link device. the isdnlink will act as a switch for sx20. from switch to isdnlink and from isdnlink to sx20.
