TelePresence IX5000 with Whiteboard

Hi all

One of our customers wants to install a whiteboard to use with an IX5000. According to the documentation, the use of an auxiliary microphone is not mandatory, but it is recommended. It is right?.

In the case of wanting to use an auxiliary microphone, is there a microphone that can be supplied by Cisco or should I install one from a third party?

Hello Cesar,

There are certain requirements for whiteboard and whiteboard mic.

I think you can use 3rd party mic and that should full fill the IX requirements.
