Telepresence Manager and Webex, cannot add Webex server

When trying to add the Webex server to Manager, I receive the following error.

Code:504201

Message: Failed to register with WebEx Server 'Error on line 1 of document : White spaces are required between publicId and systemId. Nested exception: White spaces are required between publicId and systemId.'.

Any help appreciated.

Of course, after I post I got it figured out.

It appears the username is Case Sensitive.

Could you share your experience with me,

I try to add webex server to CTS Manager, but i can't get it done. I get info from Cisco Webex that my schedulling server have same name with my webex site. I try to connect with it certificate and username and password for webex site but when i test connection it say

Code:504201

Message: Failed to register with WebEx Server, https://xxx.webex.com . Error' Error from http Web Server"
