We have a Cisco MX800 teleprescense and we had no luck on making it operational
not much support from Cisco or partners
what can we do?

Hi @DAVIDMARTINEZ4870, are you able to provide a better description of "no luck making it operatonal" - is it working at all, or are you having issues registering it with you call control platform, or something else?
If it's just the installation and getting it to power up, make sure you have followed all the steps in the Install Guide and double check all your cables are connected correctly.
PS I have almost moved your discussion to the TelePresence section of the Cisco Community where these devices are discussed at a more technical level than the CCP forum you posted in.
