Telepresence Server - change a language voice prompts

Hi expert,

I have a CUCM 10.5 + Conductor XC4.0 + Telepresence Server 4.1(2.29), and I need to change a voice prompts from english to french,

Can you help me ?

It isn't possible to edit or customize the voice prompts for a TelePresence Server.  There is an enhancement request for such functionality though, CSCuq41046.  Suggest you contact your Account Manager and they can get some more information for you on that enhancement.

Oleksandr is correct, customized voice prompts are coming with TelePresence Server version 4.3 whenever it is to be released.

Hello,

Customized voice prompts working for TelePresenceSoftware 4.3.

You have to wait for a 4.3 version software for VTS.
