Telepresence SX20 - Telepresence touch 8 pairing problem
We got problems with our SX20 system. After an accidentally shutdown (completely turned off via the power outlet), the Touchpanel doesn't pairing with the SX20 system. I select the codec manually, enter it's IP, but it keep asking for username/password. To the SX20 web interface I can login with our user/password combination, but when I try this in the touchpanel, doesn't work. Wrong username/password message. I tried factory reset the Touch 8 several times, restarted the SX20, factory resetted the SX20 itself but the problem still exist. The device can't pair with the SX20. In the SX20 web interface in "Peripherals" section the Touch 8 doesn't show up. I tried to set another IP to the touch, changed the LAN cable too. Tried to turn off SSH, Telnet and vice versa.
Any ideas regarding this? To be honest I'm out of ideas already. I attached the LOG files, maybe it helps.
