Telepresence Touch 10 with SX10

Hi,

I have a Cisco Telepresence Touch 10 Model TTC5-09, and I want connect it with a Cisco Telepresence SX10. If this is possible because I am getting this message Unsoported configuration:  The target system does not support this touch panel.

Any idea about this

What`s the software version of your SX10? The new Touch 10 requires minimum version CE8.3.3 OR CE 9.1.1.

Touch 10 is supported with SX10. what is the SX10 software version?

Please check the hardware version for touch 10 and update your unit accordingly.
