            Hi all

Now i am facing a problem with TX9200 call drop. When I call a conference bridge number, after few minutes or one hour, the call was dropped and the center display shows "Call Dropped - Contact Help Desk For Assistance", even there is no any other site to join the call. But if I directly to call the other site, the call wasn't dropped. the conference bridge we are using Cisco TelePresence Server MSE 8710.

I already swap the codec and the issue again. Sometimes left codec error cause the call drop, sometimes right codec or center codec.

The ERROR log as below:

Hi Andy

What about P2P calls, same issue or only when you dial TSP?

Cheers!

Rafal

Hi Rafal

P2P calls no issue, i tested the call from our site to US site directly continued about 3 hours plus, no call drop, i can see the touch 12 the status, 0% packet loss.

I checked from TX9200 GUI call statistic and logs, no any error message.

Got you!

So its only happen when you call bridge number TSP. All those crashes happen only when you on the call with bridge?

Never when TX is idle or in P2P call?

What is the exact call flow and software versions of all devices involved (CUCM, VCS, TPS, etc.)

Rafal

Hi Rafal

yes, it happen just call bridge number, never happen when TX is idle or P2P call.

CUCM 8.6

Telepresence server MSE 8710

Hi Andy,

do you have resolved the problem? I have the same issue with TX9000 (version TX6.1.2) connected to CUCM v9.1.2. The call is also dropped direct after the connection:

I am using conductor version X.2.3 and telepresence server on MSE8710 version 3.1.(1.95).

I will be thankful if you can share more details.
