Telepresence VX Clinical Assistant - Flashing display

I have a Cisco Telepresence VX Clinical Assistant cart (c/w SX20)  on my network, and the remote site says their tactile display now flashes all the time.   I have gone into 'SerialPort' and turned off the 'LoginRequired' rebooted the unit ... but it still continues to flash.   Any other ideas ?

I also got this problem on several VX Clinical.

Most of them were solved by the solution you mentionned.

The one for wich it did not work, we have to replace the analogic scaler of the station. Never appearded then.
