Hi all , i am running in starnge issue with telepresence , it disconnect from netwrok every now and then. please help me out if i need to change any settings to restore to normal. thanks
You didn't provide much information here, but i would definitely checked network path,
Most likely one of the devices has flapping port.
If you run tracert instead of ping you will be able to find out which one.
