Hi All,
Im currently working on a POC with this 3rd part endpoint. The scenario going on is, this 3rd party endpoint want make a H.323 point-to-point call to CTS 3010 registered to CUCM v8.6. But the call never reach the CTS, does this has anything to do with TIP?
Previous scenario we tested was:
Looking forward for opinion from you guys based on your experience dealing with 3rd party endpoint integrated with TP.

Hi Hidzwan,
Do you have the full call path for this scenario from end to end?
The CTS won't support an H.323 call directly, is a VCS interworking this call?
What is the 3rd party endpoint we're using?
Can we make a SIP call that succeeds?
We'll probably need to get logs along the call path to see where the signalling isn't working if it's not getting to the CUCM.

Dear Tyler,
First of all, thanks for your reply.
Here is my response to your reply;
- Don't understand this, is it something i can generate from anywhere to get the call path?
- Yes, i have Internet VCSE in place as the gateway for H.323 call. Translated the H.323 to SIP and send the call to CUCM.
- The brand called AVer.
- No. Even the SIP calls failed (got dropped when we push answer button.
Thanks,
Hidzwan
