It might be handy if you share a bit more light on how the mcus are deployed, if you booking with TMS,

what kind of other infrastructure you have, how the physical placement of your infrastructure looks like,

what kind and size of conferences you expect, if you want adhoc or booked conferences, ...

If you use a VCS based infrastructure you could also look into using the Cisco Conducor.

MCU Conference Director is good solution. thank you

is this software free always?

You can download the software, but it requres an option key installed on each MCU it's planned to be used on.
