I am trying to configure a Phone book in TMS of type AD Phonebook Source
I am finding difficulty in downloading Contact details from AD Object type MailContact. But the download works fine for normal AD users.
Method 1: (Working)
I have a Group of users with their E164 numbers in the IP Phone Field and TMS is able to Download the users properly. Below is the TMS LDAP Filter used.
memberof=CN=Sales,OU=Groups,OU=APAC,DC=example,DC=com
Method 2: (Not Working) This one is for Conference Rooms, thus these contacts have to be created as Mailcontacts.
I have a Group of Mailcontacts with their E164 numbers in the IP Phone Field, but TMS is unable to Download the users. Below is the TMS Filter tried.
The Group ConferenceRooms has all the Mailcontacts mapped to it. Should we use any other custom LDAP Filter.
