May I know TMS can be configured to send email to administrator when event occur like endpoint/ gatekeeper down or endpoint registration fail ?
Can also be configured to send monthly vc call report to administrator ?
If yes, may I know how to configure.

Looking at the event notifications built into TMS (Systems > Event Notification Manager), there is one called "Gatekeeper Registration", should work for what you want, description is below.
System has registered or failed to register to a gatekeeper.
As far as the auto sending of reports to an administrator, don't think that is supported.
