I'sdlike to use reporting templates, but under TMS>Reporting>Reporting Templates no records exist under 'My Templates' or 'All Templates'. I do not see a way to add a template, not import such.

Is reporting amodule that must be purchased licensed and installed?

Hi Paul:

You create a template by going to any of the Reporting menus (e.g. Call Detail Record --> Endpoints, for example) and performing a search based on criteria you choose.  If you want to save the search, you click "Save as Template" from the reporting page you ran the search on.  It will prompt you for a name of the template; once saved, it will then appear under TMS --> Reporting --> Reporting Templates.

From the TMS online help file:

Creating a template

Creating a reporting template can be done on most of the reporting pages in Cisco TMS:

  1. Click on the Save as Template button in the query field.
  2. Enter a unique name for your template.
  3. Click Save.
  4. The saved query will then be available in the Reporting Templates page.

Try it out using the Call Detail Records page for your endpoints - you shouldn't need to purchase any additional licensing for the above information to be available.
