TMS Smart Scheduler Error

Hello Team,

 

Please help me as I am getting error on TMS smart scheduler when ever trying to schedule a meeting "The system is busy and cannot currently process your request. Please try again later"

Are you getting this error all the time you trying to schedule meeting? Did you try few different rooms?

Can you book your meeting in TMS directly without issues?

Did you try few different rooms? Yes, we are getting the same error

Can you book your meeting in TMS directly without issues? when I am trying to book the meeting from TMS it is giving an error of "An unexpected error occurred"

I'm assuming this is new set up or was it working fine before? No, It is old set up. Current version is 15.5.0

Can you attach here TMS logs? can you help me by providing the path information to collect the logs.

Downloading Log Files
1. Go to Administrative Tools > TMS Server Maintenance.
2. Click Download Diagnostic Files.
