Not quite sure the context of your question or what you're asking, but I'll hit on a few things.
Cisco TMS Provisioning Extension (100 active clients / devices)
These are provisioned clients/devices such as Jabber Video, EX/MX Series, etc.
Systems (10 systems) & Systems (100 systems)
These are managed systems or rooms added into the system navigator.
not work tms user portal, this option was removed?
Are you refering to the TMS Scheduler? If so, yes that was removed as noted in the TMS 14.2 release notes and replaced with Smart Scheduler introduced and avaliable when using TMSPE 1.1.
to have smartscheluder need another spare key?
Smart Scheduler is incorportated into TMSPE 1.1, and is installed automatically when it is, also free to use.
webex need to integrate with other key?

Hi
If this is the page you are setting the permissions on then it is not what I am talking about.
As the admin user logged in to TMS click admin tools:
Click User Administration
Click Groups
Once you get a list of groups:
I have hovered over the Users Group, there is a orange button on the right, click it:
Click "Set Permissions"
Now you can start assigning permissions, by default the users group does not have any permissions at all.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi
What is the issue? What stage are you on in the deployment?
You don´t need an extra key for the smart scheduler. You need HTTPS enabled on your TMS...

hi Magnus
Right now, I'm installing in server 14.2.2 and TMSPE1.1 TMS, but does not work smartscheluder, going to https://localhost/tmsagent/tmsportal/?locale=en_US,
how to enable https in tms? with aplicacionTMSEnableHttpsTool.exe, tells me this message
Sorry for the inconvenience

Hi
First make sure HTTPS is not enabled by trying to access the tms on HTTPS.
If not then you cannot access the smartscheduler as the connection is https.
I cannot see the message the TMSEnableHTTPSTool tells you, did you leave it out?
Are you on Windows Server 2003? TMSEnableHTTPSTool only works on 2008 (IIS 7.x)

https does not work, the message that I get the application "TMSEnableHttpsTool" is a window that says:
"Already HTTPS has been enabled for the cisco tms website"
I have W2008 R2 64. IIS 6.5, upgrade to 7?
08-01-2013 12:47 AM
Sorry , IIS 7.5

It might help if you have a screenshot of what you are seeing when you try to access the smart scheduler. Any errors?

Hi
Good that it is working again. The reason you get access denied is most likely because the default groups are set to "Users" only and the users group does not have any permission to access anything. If you can log in as admin, you can go to the users that is getting the access denied in TMS (under user adminstration) and make them member of the groups you want. Or you can increase the access level for "Users".

com I enter admin, I give permission (all) and keeps getting the same access denied, because it can be?
update, only if I adminsitrator permissions users can enter.
If permissions are user (read and book) does not allow access???

Hi
All users are part of the "Users" group by default and they cannot be taken out of this group. I am not sure where you provide more permissions but to provide more access to users go to:
Admin tools > User administration > Groups
Hover the Users group and you see a orange button on the right side, click that button, click "Set Permissions". From here you can modify what Users should have access to.
