We recently made a change to all of our video systems managed by TMS, allowing to Allowing Incoming SIP URI Dialing. I would like to update all of the pending meetings so that the call setup direction changes to a reflect the change. Is this possible?

It's not possible to mass update conference settings etc within TMS. However, it might be possible to disable the outgoing dialing option on the endpoints and then run "Conference Diagnostics" located under Admin Tools > Diagnostics to then automatically fix the routing error created by disabling that option. If that doesn't work, you'll need update each conference one-by-one to use the incoming call direction.
