Hi,
We are going to deploy TMS v15 in windows server 2012 with a external SQL server together with the VCSc (x8.2.2), VCSe (x8.2.2) and the GW/MCU thru MSE 8000. Do we need a separate SNMP server to monitor the system/equipment?
Thanks,
LAN

The Cisco TMS is good enough as your SNMP server to monitor the video infrastructure.

LAN,
You should dedicate the OS to TMS. Cisco strongly recommends installing TMS on a dedicates server. Run your SNMP application on another server.
Best luck.

See: page 10 on
"Dedicated vs. shared server
Cisco TMS is resource intensive with specific server requirements and installation is not recommended on a server hosting other applications or web sites. CPU time and memory usage will vary between installations depending on the activity level and size of the video network being managed.
Note: Cisco TelePresence will not support installations on shared servers. Cisco TelePresence strongly recommends installing Cisco TMS on a dedicated server.
Cisco TMS can be installed on a Virtual Server, but the Cisco TMS virtual machine (child partition) must be provided with sufficient processor resources, memory, and disk resources. The minimum requirements assume Cisco TMS has full access to resources. "

The document is too old (TMS 13) and would be different on TMS 15 environment.
Refer to this guide under Prerequisites starting on page 4.
You may also refer to the TMS 15 Release Notes with some changes from previous TMS versions.
And regarding the TMS as SNMP server used in monitoring conferences status, diagnostics and alarms, ticketing service, and event notifications via email is good enough to manage your video infrastructure.
