TMS-XE Ms Exchange; Auto input Host Key into telepresence system
Our group uses TMS-XE with Office 365 Exchange along with the Webex Meetings Desktop App (WMDA) in order to utilize telepresence system with One Button to Push(OBTP).
There is a need for the unit to be the Host itself, and for it to automatically input the users host key for the meeting.
I’ve looked over the XE deployment and end user guides, as well as TMS and Webex itself, but I have failed to come up with a solution.
We’d like to enable this, or put forward the notion to get this on Cisco’s radar, since we know this exists with TMS smart scheduler currently. Tms stores the webex information from tms smart scheduler and webex for the event itself.
Im open to suggestion, but the Host key portion “is” an issue with our user base, and they are accustomed to smart scheduler. But performance with TMSxe is far more stable than our on prem infrastructure and far easier to use.
