I've installed TMSXE and added room resources. In Outlook, I am able to book TelePresence rooms without issue; however, if I add a user (internal or external), nothing happens for them.
I book 2 rooms through outlook - meeting is created in TMS for those 2 rooms.
I book 2 rooms + 2 users through outlook - meeting is created for 2 rooms only.
How do I create the meeting so that rooms are booked, MCU resources are booked and users receive bridge information?
