TMSXE/TMS meeting schedule

Hello,

I have TMS 13.2 and TMSXE 3.0.2 which I use to schedule meetings. When I schedule multiple endpoints, a MCU gets scheduled and a conference gets created on the MCU. The MCU will generate a conference code and PIN. Is it possible to have this code and PIN sent automatically to the individual conference participants?

Hi George, let me know the mcu model and software version used on the mcu. I can check this in my lab and revert with inputs.

Hi,

I assume you mean the users in the "attendees" list in Outlook when you say "individual conference participants"? If so: No, there is no way for TMS or TMSXE to send the meeting PIN to the participants. TMSXE only sends the meeting details to the organizer; he or she must then manually forward the details to the other attendees.

Thanks, another partner suggested that this was possible and I couldnt find that information.
