Please what is the Top Level Part Number for to order LIC-C60-MS?

LIC-C60-MS is multisite option key for TelePresence C60 Codec.

CTS-C60-K9 is C60 PID for including C60 Codec, NPP option key, video/audio/power cables, etc.

There is few other PIDs for C60 integration package.

CTS-INTP-C60-K9: C60 integration package

CTS-P65SC60-K9: 65 inch profile system with C60

CTS-P55C60-K9: 55 inch profile system with C60

etc.

Thank you for your response. I already have the CTS-C60-K9, but it was ordered without the LIC-C60-MS. No want to order the LIC-C60-MS as spare. I need to top level part number to order just this item.

Oh ok, then probably you are looking for eDelivery SKU.

SKU for C60 MS upgrade is either L-C60-MS or L-INTP-C60-MS depend on which model of C60 you have.

-  L-C60-MS: Codec C60 or C60 based system STANDARD - Upgrade to MS

-  L-INTP-C60-MS: IntPkg Codec C60 STANDARD - Upgrade to MS

You will need serial number of your C60 to map above new option and get new license pak file (and you should receive additional option key something like 1M003-1-xxxxxxxxx).

I’d suggest contacting your Cisco sales representative, if you have any question how to place additional license order.
