Touch 10's losing connectivity with codecs (SX and room kits)

Hello, we have sporadic issue with touch 10s getting unpaired with codecs. Its not happening a lot but enough to raise some red flags. When Touch 10 get unpaired they usually go to "welcome" screen. We are running ce9.4.1. Codecs and touch 10's IP addresses are reserved. Touch 10s connected to same subnet/vlan's as codecs. Anyone in community seen this before? What may cause them to act that way? Thank you!

I would imagine you are hitting this bug.  I know it says SX20, but that is just what they were able to re-create the problem with.  Something like this would affect all software versions listed on all the codecs able to run said software.
