Touch Control Device Hangs

I have 30 no's of MX300 systems, in that around 15no's of touch panel hangs(kind of off mode) frequently and i resolve it by restarting the whole system.

Is there any way to resolve the issue or any troubleshooting steps.

Software version: TC5.1.6.298375

There are a bunch of touch panel fixes in the more recent versions of firmware (5.1.6 is quite old and susceptible to a number of security vulnerabilities, SIP DoS, Heartbleed, etc), so an upgrade to a more recent version may help solve your issue.  The latest available is TC7.1.1 with TC7.1.2 due in the next week or two.
